i have taken service tax registration but value of services doen not exceeds rs.900000...
shall i required to charge and pay service tax...and should i required to file service tax return

You are required to file return, but not to pay tax until taxable service exceeds 10 lakhs.

sir but some one told me that there is no requirement of filing return if value of services not exceeds rs. 1000000
