sir,
we have got sawcause notice from excise dept.
we are give a reply of saw cause notice.
but now our management decided that
we are not figting against this sawcause notice and ready to pay all demand in debited in part II RG 23 A.
sir can any body tell me -- can i paid this debited amount of demanded in saw cause notice.

Yes, we can debited the amount from RG 23 A But the amount of interest which is 13 % pa will be paid by PLA account
