Can we make single cheque for payment in diff. heads in dervice tax?

Yes the payment can be made. But in challan mention proper accounting head against which payment is made.

Cheque payment is not possible now. Every assessee shall electronically pay the service tax payable by him,through internet banking

Additionally by 6th of every month the payment has to be made online.
