GST Rules on PG .???
in both case Self occupied or Rented Residential Property.

GST not applicable on renting of residential property. In case of paying gust the rent is less than 1000 per day per person no GST applicable.

Sir my company business is taken residential property from Individual & let out these properties as PG .
which includes security service , Fooding wifi etc
sir GST registration is applicable for me or not?
Nd if yes can I claim ITC .( Paid on Exp Lyk Security service, Maintenance,Food etc.??

No GST liability for rent charged up to Rs.1000 per day per person/room. GST applicable for food supplies. ITC can be claimed on such items in case of GST applicable.
