08 September 2013 One of My Clint ask me to E-file her Return for The A.Y. 2013-14. But Problem is her previous Tax Consultant did not share her password and the registered mail is also is the mail of That Consultant. Now I have mail to Validate@incometaxindia.gov.in with required information but they replied that they shared the password in registered mail only. what to do .

before that try to contact the previous consultant to obtain the details of login credentials and change the register email id
