14 August 2014 well you can access Form 26AS through your Bank A/c, Incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in etc. So use these alternatives.

It's my own and hence i had tried number of times still it is not opened.

So i need another option to get the password for 26AS other then birthdate

14 August 2014 pls check the DOB it may possible you are entering wrong DOB due to some people have DOB for school record and for income tax is different . pls take the date mention on PAN card.

16 August 2014 Reset Password for your query is possible in "Forgot user ID" option in Incometax efiling website. In that you have to choose "using OTP and new email ID and Mobile Number option. In this you may change the Email ID and Mobile No. of yours and you may have to give any of the following three,1) TAN of the Deductor (If any TDS deducted) , CIN of Challan paid or 3) Bank Account Number given in earlier ITR. Once your reset password accepted successfully, then may login for the PAN next day of the above process. You may try this.

16 August 2014 plz check your pan card and enter the dob as per pan card. It appears that your actual dob and dob on pan card is not same.
