sir/medam,
i want to admit new partner in partnership firm with capital or without capital then how many amount of stamp paper required in amendment of partnership deed. if i admit new partner with capital then existing partners capital also calculated in calculation of stamp paper requirement ???
please give reply as early as possible

A stamp paper with regard to amendment of partnership can be made of Rs 500.
