18 August 2012 Dear Sir,

I want to registered my firm which was form in 1/06/2003 on Rs. 200/- stamp paper, when i present in sub registrar office, he told that make fresh deed on stamp paper because of 1/06/2003 stamp paper has expired.
1. Now my query is that can i file suit against any other company or people/ firm,form whom i have to take money back which is due on them.
2. Can sub registrar will register my firm on 01/06/2003 stamp paper or if i make new deed on 200/- stamp paper on current date i can mentioned effective date in of firm is 01/06/2003 in the fresh deed.

20 August 2012 Proper stamping is the first step. Get the deed properly stamped from the appropriate jurisdiction sub registrar. you need to adjudicate the deed from the sub registrar. He/She will direct you to pay the requisite stamp along with the penalty. Then lodge it for registration with the registrar of firms.
