I would like to know about the exact process for registering a new partnership firm?

Kindly Specify the procedure and documents required for the same...

15 April 2012 you have started exact process, now next step is taking PAN of firm for filing IT return and then TAN if require

you must have to do necessary change in your deed whenever any changes happens

To Experts,

Please tell me the practical advise of getting firm registered with Registrar..

The firm is small and even they are going to start their office at partners home itself..
should i go into these all procedure of registration ending into waste of money and time...

Moreover please tell me the enforciablity of notarized drafted partnership deed of UNREGISTERED partnership firm...

Need practical advise...

17 April 2012 Registered Partnership deed is mandatory as per provision laid down by the MCA.
