Is it necessary to get witnessed FORM-1 of partnership registration only through a gazetted, advocate or a ca?
If no then can do this thing!

Form No.I necessarily is to be witnessed by an advocate or CA in whole time practice ,otherwise IG of registration will return the documents without registration being defective.
