PARTNERSHIP FIRM CAN NOT BECOME A PARTNER IN ANOTHER PARTNERSHIP FIRM.

No a Partnership firm can not become a partner in another partnership firm. The simple reason being that it has no separate legal entity. On the other hand a company has a separate legal entity and therefore a company can be a partner in a partnership firm.
