Partnership deed at the time of death

20 November 2012 There is one partnership firm and 2 partners, one partner died on 20th April,2012 and on second day 2 partners were admited, i have a query howmany deed i should register with ROF and nature of same? and also format for the same.

20 November 2012 You need to check the deed as on 20/04/2012 for the provision, if any, for admission of partner. In the absence of that, at the instance of sad demise of one of the partners on 20th April 2012, the firm has ceased to be in existence.
