we made a partnership deed but we did not affidavit or register it any where?

what will be effect of it?

23 May 2012 If the partnership deed is not registered as per section 56 to 65 of the Indian Partnership Act,1932 with the Inspector General of Registrations ( Registrar of Firms), then no member of such partnership firm can enforce his/her rights under the partnership contract against either the firm or any present or past member of it, nor can the firm sue its customers on their contracts .
