Is there a minimum capital requirement for forming a partnership deed. would a sum of fifteen thousand suffice for forming a partnership deed.

Yes its sufficient. No minimum or maximum limit required to form partnership firm

To from a partnership deed you don't need any capital. further there is no minimum capital requirement fixed by act. It is the requirement of the business that how much capital all the partners will contribute for the said business.

yes no limit but....value of stamp duty depend upon capital which are contributed by all partner
