02 April 2010 Is there a minimum capital requirement for forming a partnership deed. would a sum of fifteen thousand suffice for forming a partnership deed.

02 April 2010 To from a partnership deed you don't need any capital. further there is no minimum capital requirement fixed by act. It is the requirement of the business that how much capital all the partners will contribute for the said business.
