CAN A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT FORM PARTNERSHIP WITH A LAWYER, IF YES WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS.

A Chartered accountant should not do any partnership with a non-member of ICAI. If he fails then liable to punish as per CA regulations. So your case is not possible to do A CA partnership with Lawyer.
