if one partner retire from firm then create a new partnership deed.will new parnership deed submitted to income tax department or not?

Income tax returns are to be filed without any attachments(annexure less returns).Instructions are there to detach annexures,if any, and return to the bearer of the IT return. For details pl refer CBDT Circular No. 6 dated July 18,2008.
