Dear Experts,
In a Partnership firm, there were 3 partners. out of which one partner has expired. What deed should I make?
In earlier deed it is mentioned that in case of death of partner, the partnership firm will not dissolve. it will be carried by continuing partners.
Can you please provide me the format of partnership deed in case of death of a partner.

u need to ammend the existing deed by removing all details for the expired partner if there is no change in other details of deed.
