Death of a partner in a partnership firm. Now new GST registration will have to be taken or there will be amendment in the same.

Amendment in the deed can be done. Business may be continued with existing GST.
07 November 2023
Amend the deed and continue the business with same GSTIN. In case the firm had two partners and one is dead then add new partner as soon as possible and earlier.
