31 May 2014 If it is so Sir please guide me in the situation:
My client has taken loans from Bank where bank obligated borrowers to become shareholders of bank to be qualify for taking loan. Is this should be reported under Sec 301 of co. Act in CARO Repoting ? Please help. Thanks in advance.

I believe you are borrowing from a cooperative bank.
