I have observed that if any girl ask a query many of the experts try their level best to answer it whereas if any boy ask the same it is ignored.

If it is so Sir please guide me in the situation:
My client has taken loans from Bank where bank obligated borrowers to become shareholders of bank to be qualify for taking loan. Is this should be reported under Sec 301 of co. Act in CARO Repoting ? Please help. Thanks in advance.

I don't think so. because the shares acquired are nominal shares which do not create interest.
I believe you are borrowing from a cooperative bank.
