12 November 2012 I have purchased flat from builder. Builder has sold parking and included one parking space in agreement without parking number, he has promised me covered parking, now he is telling me that he will allot me open parking space on podium. Can he allot open parking space, when the same is sold to me and included in agreement, can i fight for covered parking?

12 November 2012 The registered agreement is the BASE. Study the same in line with Flat / Society Act as applicable in your case. Builders are often smarter than the flat holder is the under lining statement. You need to over come this... Best of luck.

12 November 2012 You can go to Consumer's Court and get a lawer's notice issued,estimating the loss suffred by you in making the parking area covered.....MJK
