Dear sir/madam
i have two pan cards, second one is due to correction in original pan,but somehow in both the card D.O.B. Is incorrect and so i wish to get new card.
so can i surrender my both old card and than apply for new?

No need to surrender both the PAN cards.
you should surrender your old Pan card & make a rectification for the 2nd(new) PAN card. this is the correct & easy way to solve your problem.

you can rectify any one of them and surrender the remaining one....(Unless of course you are not comfortable with the PAN allotted to you, either as alphabets or numbers...)

you have to surrender original PAN with letter that you have two pan now You want to surrender the one pan.
