AFTER incorporation of private company, which should be done first TAN or PAN and why?

You need to apply for PAN first because you can not apply for TAN without PAN.

Both r independent and as per needs u should get it. Pan is more needed than tan.. choice is yours!!!

How about Service tax registration? Should one have PAN or TAN for service tax registration?

Are there any authorized facilitation centers for PAN application for company? If yes, does the application gets processed faster at these centers compared to time taken when application is made by company itself.

Just checked TAN Application form.
TAN registration form says
" Permanent Account Number (PAN) (Specify wherever applicable)" and the filed is not mandatory.
Agreed that TAN can be applied without PAN.
But while filing TDS return PAN is required.
For Service Tax Registration PAN is mandatory.
