Dear Sir what we do if any employee having No Pan Card ( Income tax deducted from salary ) & he is not Indian but serve as a employee in India

Employee working in India needs to have PAN and to file return. If not having PAN, he may need to pay taxes in his country also on same income. Employer need not to worry as he has already deducted requisite tax.
