08 February 2008 my friend PAN card misplaced- plz.tell me what is the procedure for getting PAN card.

08 February 2008 FIR is must.Then fill the correction form of PAN.there is no provision for applying old PAN in Form 49A.You must know your PA Number.
If you don't remmember your PA Number then you can search it www.incometaxindia.gov.in
