05 April 2010 I lost my PAN card. I have a copy of my PAN Card. How to apply for a duplicate?

05 April 2010 FIRSTLY FILE THE FIR COPY AND FILL THE 49 B FORM WITH GOVT FEES 94 ONLY AND ATTACH THE FIR COPY WITH 49 B FORM

06 April 2010 If you have xerox copy of your pan or letter of pancard alloted letter then you have to just fill correction form 49B as per sachin alwadhi says and give to nsdl or UTI thats it...simple...dont worry
afterthat you will be received your new pancard soon.

06 April 2010 dear all,

first Form 49B is not for obtaining duplicate pan card. Form 49B is Application for allotment of Tax Deduction and Collection Account under section 203A of Income Tax Act 1961.

Just fill the Pan Request Correction form and apply thats all.
