07 October 2009 I HAVE LOST MY PAN CARD. I WANT TO MAKE NEW PAN CARD. WHETHER I CAN TAKE DUPLICATE AS BEFORE SAME NO.

07 October 2009 Yes you can, get a general diary from local police station, write a letter to UTISL alongwith application form and attach the GD. They will send you new card with old PAN. No issue.

07 October 2009 Just fill out a PAN correction form. Do not tick any of the boxes. Send it to NSDL along with applicable fee. They will send you a PAN with the same number.

You can apply as above, irrespective of whether you have lost you card or not.

07 October 2009 In the link given by Rao sir the fee is given as Rs.67/-. The present rate of fee is Rs. 94/-
