A PERSON HAVE TWO PAN CARD WITH DIFFERENT ACCOUNT NO.. HE WANT TO SURRENDERD ONE OF THOSE. SO PLEASE TELL US PROCEDURE, AND WHICH PAN CARD HE HAS TO SURRENDER OLD OR NEW ONE.
