I have a partnership firm in which there is a change in partners. Do i have to apply for correction in the PAN Card.

I have tried to apply for correction in PAN Card but there is no option to specify the name of current partners at the site of NSDL

I have tried to apply for correction on NSDL site but there was no field to specify the name of the current partners in the form.
