07 February 2011 We have deducted TDS from salary of Nepal employees . now they dont have PAN. How can I file Quarterly TDS return ? for applying pan they dont have address proof of india

07 February 2011 There is provision for applying PAN for foreigners, in the NSDL through which you can get PAN for those Nepalese, otherwise deduct 20%.
