A school is running under a trust. Is it compulsory to have a separate PAN for school running under a trust ?

10 May 2016 There is only one entity....and that is TRUST. The trust may possess different verticles or limbs....each limb need not take PAN

10 May 2016 If object of trust permits running of school, than with same trust you can run school.
