same pan number has been allotted to two different persons and they also filled their respective itr's. Now what we should do?

then 2nd or later one should return it to it dept and when he recieves new pan den he must refile his return.

I suggest that the second PAN holder must surrender his/her/its PAN & Apply for a new one & after that refile the return.
