28 October 2013 A trust incorporated in 2005 , when we register for PAN it is shown in firm, what we do to file E-return of the trust and login the PAN

28 October 2013 i know the site but my problem is PAN is not register as Trust, it is register as firm, what to do to register as Trust

28 October 2013 Solution:

You need to Surrender your PAN card to department and need to apply for fresh PAN card..

Please note for trusts fourt letter of PAN card should be "T" and not "F"

Yes, i understood, it is not possible to register with your present PAN

as your PAN of trust is issued in firm category(means your pan card fourt letter may be F)

Till previous year we use to file return manually so it was not created any problem

but not ITR7 online made mandatory,So it is impossible to file return with current PAN number
