Paid up capital of company

25 September 2013 Dear sir/Madam,

I had uploaded eform-2 on 17/09/2013 but paid up capital of the company has not been increased till date as per the master data of the company.
Suggest me what should I do now.

25 September 2013 I think it should be approved as soon as you file Form-2 with ROC through STP.

I will suggest you to contact the ROC for the same.
