03 May 2010 IF A PERSON IS SELLING HIS TAX FREE PRODUCS WITH SOME PACKING THEREON, FOR WHICH HE DOES NOT CLAIMED ANY ITC, THEN IS IT NECESSARY TO CHARGE A VAT ON PACKING?
