DEAR SIR I HAVE RECEIVED DEMAND NOTICE FOR RS.1730.UNDER SEC.1431(a).FOR THE RETURN SUBMITED IN A.Y.2012-13 WHAT IS SEC.1431(a)? HOW TO DEALE WITH THIS SEC ?

It is section for Assessment at First Basic Level where IT Department calculates the arithmetically the accuracy of online return filed so, you think the demand raised is right then kindly pay it and after logging into Incometax efilling portal submit the response to the intimation demand
