What tax to be charge by contractor who is providing catering services at factory premises. Contractor is preparing food at factory with the material brought by him only.
Currently he changed his registration in composition scheme, whether he is eligible to do so??

In my opinion he is not eligible for composition scheme as he is engaged in providing catering services and not running restaurant services.
