06 July 2013 there is a lot of confusion in (ODC)Out door Catering Services as tally show 40% abatment & notification 26/2012 show 30% please help me what is the actual ratio.Sub clouse no- zzt

06 July 2013 Check if Tally is updated with latest Stat Release. Currently it must show Stat Release 197.

06 July 2013 Both ratio apply to different situation. But in your case, i.e., outdoor catering, 70% is taxable value.
You might have selected incorrect head in tally as 40% abatement is for Supply of food in Restaurant or other premises.
