I REQUIRED DUPLICATE PAN CARD THOUGH I HAD THE XEROX COPY OF THE SAME. WHAT SHOULD I DO? WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR THAT & WHICH FORM TO BE FILLED FOR THAT? IS THERE ANY ONLINE PROCEDURE? GUIDE ME?

u can apply in change in PAN form, fill the same, just attach the copy of pan card u held and pay the fees. deposit it.
U will get the new pan card with same no.
