Hi,
Can anybody tell me the pre-requirement for opening a branch office in other city.
As I know, a member in practice can open a branch within 50 kms. of municipal limit and there is no requirement of brach being managed by a CA.
I am not clear about the municipal limits.
Can anybody help me out?
