Online submission of i.t. return

07 March 2014 How to file e-return in case when password provided by I.T. Dept. but client has no record of e-mail id, password. Earlier only account was opened for online submission but all previous returns were filed offline. Now the client wants to file online return but online potral shows already regd.

Kindly help on above matter...

07 March 2014 file the return using taxcloudindia.com

thereafter, use the acknowledgment no. of the return and bank account details to reset the password of the account at income tax website
