Online rectification upload

Can anybody tell me how to do online rectification upload if someone has received the intimation under section 143(1) form CPC Bangalore?

24 January 2011 First prepare your return, correcting the mistake.

Login on incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and go to your account, fill the required information and upload the new return file.

24 January 2011 Send the rectification application as per guidelines on the intimation itself.

again if I am not agree with the calculation made by ITD under intimation 143(1)i.e. my original return was filed correct as per my concern, still i have to file rectification by uploading the original return or I have to sent the rectification letter by post
