Can anybody tell me how to do online rectification upload if someone has received the intimation under section 143(1) form CPC Bangalore?

First prepare your return, correcting the mistake.
Login on incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and go to your account, fill the required information and upload the new return file.

Send the rectification application as per guidelines on the intimation itself.

thanks for the answer,
again if I am not agree with the calculation made by ITD under intimation 143(1)i.e. my original return was filed correct as per my concern, still i have to file rectification by uploading the original return or I have to sent the rectification letter by post

You have to file rectification application as per notes No. 4 of the intimation.
