Hi,
I got to know that one person is handling online/ offline personnel income tax salary base guidance / consultancy. Can a person who is done with CA inter handle such things? Is that legal? Is there any formality required for that to handle? Will there be any objections from CA institute? Its just a mailing query? Is that really possible?

There is no requirement of any person providing income tax guidance or consultancy as a CA..There are thousands of persons who are not CA's and handling tax practice of many individuals, firms and corporates.

Luckily or Unluckily any one can do tax practice, if he has the caliber and knowledge.
