Online amendment of st reg. certificate

05 January 2013 I registered myself under "Other than negative services" category. Now in the notification old accounting codes have been restored and as per that notification, i have amended the ST registration certificate online by selecting the specific code. Now my query is do i need to send any papers/documents to the service tax dept. If yes, than what are those papers?
