Can i do business in two State at a same time with one tin no in two State which is registered in one State.
Eg : my biz Reg. In mp but i want to do biz both mp & Raj by open two diff. Branches in both State. Can I use mp's tin no in rajasthan for trading.
Plz help me....

TIN Registration has to done in both the States seperately. You cannot you same TIN for two states.

No, each state you have to take separate vat registration for doing business.
