This is regarding section 25 company, the company has received one time non refundable fee apart from annual fee, how to book the same in the books of accounts of the company.

You should elaborate your query further. The correct reply can only be given if we know nature of the business of the company and what is non-refundable fee. Fee for what? And what is annual fee?
