We are in real estate business (individual)
we like to know when developed land by by errecting wall laying roads and putting stones how much tax we have to deduct.Also when the party claim labour charges how much deducted.

If erection of wall+putting stone+labor charges are part of one work order ,in that TDS will be @2.06% if work exceeds Rs.1 crore ,TDS will be @2.266%
