On buying and selling shares

26 July 2014 On buying and selling shares amounts to trading of goods which is covered in the negative list so why is ST levied on them as i can see st levied in the contract note which i received on buying and selling a share???

26 July 2014 St is levied on the share brokerage and not on the sale and purchase of shares

26 July 2014 sir supoose if any service is covered under negative list so will auxilliary services w.r.t those services also be covered in negative list???
