hello frendz......
hey freindz . i want know abt on a/c payment made in cash exceeds to rs. 20000 does this disallowed as per sec. 40(A)3
& what would be in case suppose paid 100000 on a/c to my subordinate for expenses and if he pays rs. 25000 at once will this will be allowable or not
kindly give suggestion with gret explanation i.e. ( sec & notification or any circular if any )

if the subordinate pays on behalf of the company, then yes it would be disallowed.
