Omission of income

23 March 2015 sir,
i have filed the return of income after the due date and rent of Rs.250000 is received by assessee from house property and it was wrongly shown as self occupied property.

Sir, please advice me how can i rectify the return of income

23 March 2015 belated return cannot be revised....so better let the ao pass the intimation order u/s 143(1) then u seek rectification u/s 154

24 March 2015 sir, in rectification we can not change the Income then how can i solve above issue

24 March 2015 once the order is passed by ao u can meet him and ask him to rectify the itr or u can meet him now and discuss the same and leave it on him...there is no other way out.
