07 September 2011 if cashwithdrawl entry is omitted by us in regarding month, how can i rectify this entry in next month?

for exam.

cash withdrawl on dt. 02.08.11 was on posted in Aug.-11 and month is closed.

28 September 2011 well you can pass enrty at a later date or if opossible you may pass the entry at the back date also such as in tally
